Our next blues dance party will be a special "SHIMMERY Shakin' Blues," our Three Year Anniversary Party!! <3 We will not only have The Delta Sonics, the band most voted "Favorite Blues Band in Colorado" by the Colorado Blues Society, but ALSO special guest artists including: Nic Clark, Rex Peoples, Lionel Young, and more!!! Oh, and it also happens to be Felicia's birthday! <3And yes, wear something shimmery for the occasion, please. :)

You can only find SSB at Denver's one and only THE PEARL! (formerly the Mercury Café) in the upstairs ballroom. Come support the community and the new owners as they continue all of the scheduled events in the space! Come for good music, good dancing, and good people!
Doors open at 6:30pm. Free street parking or adjacent lots starting at only $4.
There will be a beginner-friendly blues dance lesson from 7-8pm. A dance party with live music from the band and DJ'ed band breaks will follow from 8-12.
7-8pm: All levels blues dance class
Instructors: Ari Nesher and Vartan Khachaturov
8:30-11:00: (live blues band!)
DJ: Felicia and Jen with a secret DJ set theme! (band breaks)
Special Performance by: Connie Love and Cyle Dixon, our instructors for Diversion 2026!
Admission:
$15- class only ($10 student discount with ID)
$20- dance only ($15 student discount with ID)
$35- class and dance ($25 student discount with ID)
