👉On this day we will focus on the art of rope work. If you are still inexperienced, you will learn all the important basics to be able to give effective sessions on your own. If you already have experience, then there is a lot of inspiration and tips & tricks for more fun and safety when tying up.🌿
In this workshop we will look at, simple but also quite creative upper and lower body restraints. A mix of comfort and improvisation awaits you. We are a small group and you will receive direct feedback. 🎯
