🧘♀️ Shibari & Yoga Workshop

Instructors: Car & Reese
A beginner-friendly experience focused on slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and exploring the feeling of rope through gentle movement and mindful awareness.
This workshop is designed to help you:
• Feel how rope hugs, supports, and holds the body
• Learn to slow down and listen to your body’s limitations
• Explore grounding through breath, movement, and sensation
• Build comfort and connection with rope in a safe environment
No Shibari or yoga experience needed.
No partner required.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
Rope and safety shears are provided.
Workshop Flow:
12:00 – 12:20
Welcome, introductions, consent, safety, and introduction to rope handling
12:20 – 12:45
Learn the Body Harness, grounding breathwork and body awareness exercises
12:45 – 1:45
Guided yoga and movement exploration focused on sensation
1:45 – 2:00
Cooldown, stretching, reflection, and closing discussion
Please arrive on time.
Parking is located behind the building.

You do not need a partner to attend—come solo, with a friend, or with a partner. All are welcome!
