About this Event
Using a simple, sustainable Tetra Pak process, you’ll create your own sea life or seaweed prints to take home. This technique gives everyday materials a second life and offers an accessible way into printmaking.
Whether you consider yourself creative or not, you are very welcome here. These sessions are designed as calm, supportive spaces to try something new, without pressure. People often arrive unsure and leave surprised by what they’ve made.
Alongside the making, there’s space to slow down, chat and share a couple of hours in good company.
No experience needed. All materials provided.
This workshop is part of the Festival of Sheppey, celebrating Kent’s Treasure Island throughout June 2026.

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little inky — or bring an old shirt or apron
Uses simple hand tools and water-based inks.
The micropub will be closed to the public during this event, giving us a relaxed and private space to work in.
Tea and coffee are included. Soft drinks, wine, and a beautifully curated selection of ciders and beers will also be available to purchase from the bar if you wish.
There is no on-street parking available outside the pub. The nearest parking is a 2 minute walk at Trinity Road Car Park, Sheerness, which operates via RingGo.
Spaces are limited to keep the sessions small and relaxed.
Booking note:
There seem to be a few booking gremlins lurking in the Eventbrite mobile app for paid events.
If checkout gets stuck or disappears into the void, please try again using a web browser or laptop/desktop, which seems to behave much better.
And if it still refuses to cooperate, just message me directly and I can sort booking manually from this end.
