Ride Sheppey Community Cycling Club – Queenborough Trial Ride
We’re bringing our Ride Sheppey Community Cycling Club experience to Queenborough!�Join us for a relaxed, easy-paced trial ride led by our friendly trained Group Leaders.�Starts at 10:00 AM, welcoming cyclists of all abilities — a perfect way to discover local routes and meet new people.
Route:�A short, mainly off-road loop of less than 6 miles around Queenborough. Ideal for social cycling and gentle exercise.
Equipment Borrowing:�⚠️ Please note: Bike and helmet borrowing is not available for this trial ride.�All participants must bring their own equipment.
Children:�Children aged 12+ may join with a parent or guardian (1 adult per 1–2 children). Under 16s must be supervised.
Attendance:�Pre-booking is required — message a Group Leader, email [email protected], or confirm via Eventbrite or WhatsApp.�Arrive 15 minutes early for preparation and safety checks.
During the Ride:
* Group Leader front / Assistant back.
* Café or refreshment stop included.
* Approx. 2 hours total (45–50 mins cycling time).
Leadership & Training:�Led by Cycling UK-qualified Leaders and Assistants.�A first aider is present, and risk assessments are completed for every ride.
What to Bring:�Bike and helmet (required) • Water bottle • Phone • Coat • Comfortable clothes and light jacket.
