Sarge’s Shelter Slumber Pawty kicks off April 18th, bringing together our community for a full 24 hours of compassion, connection, and support for the animals who need it most. During this special overnight event, Sarge’s staff and dedicated volunteers will be spending the night at the shelter, fundraising and caring for our animals while celebrating the lifesaving work happening every single day.This year, we’re inviting YOU to be part of the fun 🎉 And if you can’t make it in person, you can still join the excitement because we’ll be live streaming throughout the event on Facebook 📲
Here’s what’s in store:
🐶 Saturday 11am–6pm & Sunday 9am–1pm
Adoption event with donation-based adoption fees for dogs and cats. Meet your match and bring home your new best friend for a donation of any amount.
🍔 Saturday 12pm–8pm
Beefie Boys Food Truck will be serving up delicious eats all day long.
🧠🐾 Saturday 12:30pm–1:30pm
Enrichment Workshop. Learn fun, engaging ways to keep your pets mentally and physically stimulated at home.
💰🎉 Saturday at 2pm
Live Auction kicks off. Don’t miss your chance to bid on some amazing items while supporting the animals at Sarge’s.
💦 Saturday 3pm–7pm
Dunk tank fun with local “celebrities” taking the plunge. Donate for your chance to dunk and make a splash for a great cause.
🙋♀️🐕 Saturday 3pm–5pm
Volunteer Orientation. Interested in getting more involved? Come learn how you can make a difference for the animals at Sarge’s.
🕯️ Saturday at 8pm
Luminary lighting ceremony to honor pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge. A beautiful moment to reflect and remember.
🐾 Sunday 9am–1pm
Adoptions continue. More chances to find your perfect companion and change a life.
🥞 Sunday morning (during adoption hours)
Sunrise Eats Food Truck serving breakfast and lunch to kickstart your day.
