Shelter From The Storm kicks off the 2026 Duluth Dylan Fest at Mr. D’s Bar & Grill. Join this all-star group performing Bob Dylan classics to open the festival.Band members: Jane Oase (vocals, guitar), Pete Oase (vocals, guitar), Mike Bernier (vocals, guitar), Garth Anderson (vocals, guitar, percussion), Jordan Ash (bass), Kevin Kitchak (keyboards), and Todd James (vocals, drums).
