✨ Your journey begins with a nourishing 40-minute lunch and mingle—good food, warm conversation, and the chance to connect with like-minded souls.
✨ Next, a 60-minute group workshop with psychotherapist Connie will guide you to gently let go of old patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and open up to new possibilities.
✨ We’ll then flow into 80 minutes of yang & yin yoga with Summer & Zinzi—balancing uplifting, dynamic movement with deep, restorative stillness to reset body and mind.
✨ To close, a 30-minute sound and group acupuncture session weaves vibration and gentle energy work, leaving you grounded, clear, and soothed from the inside out.
