Workshop Overview
This hands-on workshop is a cultural and educational experience celebrating Afro and Caribbean heritage as part of Black History Month. Attendees will explore the history, heritage, and cultural significance of shea and cocoa butter, including how these ingredients are grown, harvested, and processed.
Participants will create their own natural body butter or scrub to take home. Through storytelling, discussion, and live demonstrations, the workshop highlights the connection between West African heritage and modern beauty, creating a meaningful and skill-sharing experience.
