𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗿𝘀: 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲A monthly women’s circle held by Kayleigh (From Hart to Heart) and Chrissy (Joyful Soul Collective). This collaboration is born from a shared belief in the power of sisterhood and the profound magic that happens when women witness, support, and soften into sacred space together. These circles alternate each month between north and south of the river.

As we enter the golden flow of summer, this month’s circle invites you to soften into your own rhythm, to loosen the grip, release resistance, and let life move through you with greater ease and trust.
Flowing is an invitation to explore the inner currents that guide you: your body, your emotions, your relationships, and the shifting seasons. Together, we’ll gently lean into what it feels like to surrender and allow.
Through guided meditation, embodied movement, reflection, and connection, we’ll explore the art of flow, not as something to master, but something to feel, follow, and return to.

- Deep connection with yourself and others
- Embodied movement to awaken your body and spirit
- Heart- centered meditation to soften and align your energy
- Journaling to explore the insights that surface
- Ritual to ground your intentions into the new season
- Tea and nourishing light snacks

- Cushion & blanket
- Journal + pen
- A mug for tea
- Yoga mats will be provided.
