You are invited to join this experiential workshop designed for women moving through life transitions. Be it every month or at a specific stage of life, our bodies give us signals we often ignore. These signals are a reminder of something we have forgotten or not dealt with.

These challenges can show case physically and emotionally as Premenstrual symptoms (PMS), Post partum depression, or the craziness unleashing during Perimenopausal stage. Through all these stages, one theme is common- we are going through a CHANGE!

Let’s dive into the depths of the subconscious, through hypnosis, to explore and bring back what we have lost in the past. A precious part of self which is the missing link needed to align the inner compass to navigate change with ease and grace.

Workshop Description

In this immersive group experience, participants will:

· Explore Emotions through a subconscious lens: Understand the impact of life experiences from the past contributing to the subconscious emotional burden and its impact in the present.

· Experience hypnosis: Using breathwork and sensory cues, you’ll be guided to explore your inner landscape, to access the subconscious layers of emotions, release what does not serve and connect with your innate strengths. The experiential journey intends to reveal new perspectives and provide creative insights for personal growth.

· Share in Sisterhood: Holding hands to provides a safe, non-judgmental space for sharing challenges, and breakthroughs. Through facilitated discussion and collaborative activities, you’ll experience the power of sisterhood-realizing you are not alone and drawing strength from the collective wisdom of women on similar journey.
