About this Event

Description:

She Did That Workshop! is a dynamic and empowering dance workshop designed to celebrate and embrace the fullness of womanhood. Through movement, this program highlights the beauty, strength, and multifaceted abilities of women, fostering confidence and unapologetic self-expression.

The workshop centers on sisterhood, healing, and communal care, creating a supportive space for bonding, personal growth, and shared joy. Participants will engage in dance and movement that nurtures both physical and mental well-being, while also cultivating a sense of empowerment and connection to their inner strength.

While She Did That Workshop! is primarily targeted at women and femmes, it is open to all gender identities, including non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals, creating an inclusive space for all who seek joy, healing, and community through movement.

Come join us to dance, connect, and embrace your power with confidence and joy!
