About this Event

She Builds, She Grows & She Connects

Join us for an intimate fireside chat at the Hub Market Café on March 13th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM — an evening designed to celebrate leadership, growth, and meaningful connection within our community.

This special gathering brings together powerful voices who are actively creating spaces for Black women to build boldly and lead authentically:

Mona Abow – Founder of Chnge Mker Innovation Hub and The Boundless Mindset.
Naika Thomas – Founder of QueensConnected, Curated Spaces for Racialized Women.
Stacey-Ann Morris – Co-Founder of Build Out Loud, providing space for Black women to learn, work, rest and play.
Cassandra Auguste-René – Founder of It’s Time Event Management and the Black Business Expo, dedicated to building platforms that empower entrepreneurs, foster collaboration, and strengthen communities.

Through conversation and shared stories, we’ll explore what it truly means to build with intention, grow through community, and connect in ways that create lasting impact. The evening will also include intentional networking, giving attendees the opportunity to form authentic relationships beyond the panel discussion.
