Le Cordon Bleu Student Tasting Experience
Join us for a night of global culinary delights, cocktails, and socializing! Our talented intermediate cuisine students will present a canapé-style soirée inspired by flavors from around the world.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Atifa Prinsloo, our students will be showcasing their skills through a series of international food stations, each designed to highlight both classic techniques and fresh creativity.
- Live Chef Station – Inspired by the coastal flavours of India, where coconut, spice, and fusion of modernized house-made chutneys come together with freshly baked warm pita breads.
- Hot & Cold Canapés – A curated selection of savoury bites inspired by French tradition and global flavours, drawing influences from the coasts of North Africa, Southern Italy, the Eastern Mediterranean, and Southeast Asia.
- Desserts – A selection of Classic French Patisserie to complement your global culinary journey
