Share your views on increasing home based rehabilitation in Portsmouth

You are invited to attend a public engagement session detailing how Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has current proposals to increase the ability to support more people with physical rehabilitation needs in their own home, preventing the need for a further, unnecessary hospital stay (in some cases far from home) and in line with evidence and best practice. This session will relate to the Summerlee Unit (in Harry Sotnick House in Portsmouth) which is included in the proposals.
