Spotlight invites you to Agents of the North, a townhall event designed to move the needle. This isn’t a space for airing grievances; it’s a boardroom for ideas and solutions. We’re gathering the region’s key players & problem solvers to temperature-check the industry, discuss the evolving needs of your rosters, and most importantly, build a collective roadmap for growth.

We’ll be sharing exclusive updates on Project M62, our dedicated initiative to cement the M62 corridor as a primary talent hub and bring more high-calibre castings directly to the North. You’ll also get a first look at our plans for the Spotlight Conference later this year.
