Chicago racing season has arrived! Join Inner Lane and GRC Run Club as we shakeout for the Shamrock Shuffle!
We'll be meeting in Bridgeport at Ramova Theatre for an easy breezy 5K on Saturday, March 22. Please arrive between 9am - 9:20am to get settled in. We will take off promptly at 9:30am. You can view the route HERE. After our 5K, there are two optional sessions for you to round out your pre-race prep:
- Mobility Flow session led by Inner Lane Coach Abi
- Pre-Race Meditation led by Inner Lane Coach Marina.
Post programming, stick around for breakfast at Ramova's Taproom. Cinnamon cereal french toast? We're in!
