This March, join us at the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre with Shamanic Healer Maimouna Ly and go on a journey of discovery and healing.On this journey, we will be working together to create a sacred space in a safe environment for a healing moment. You will learn how to use traditional ancestral techniques from around the world to enter a shamanic state of consciousness and connect with your spirit helpers and power animals. The journey will allow each participant to find a space to tune in with nature and the elements, reconnect with themselves and experiment with stillness.
Taking place between 10am and 5pm on the 23rd of March 2024, this one day workshop will include:
Meditations in different forms
Artwork creation
Sound bath Healing session with traditional instruments and vocals
Journey with the Drum between worlds
Connecting/Communicating with Spirit Guides
Power Animal Retrieval
This journey is for all of us to let go of what is holding us back and immerse ourselves within the beauty of our Soul and Spirit.
