Power Animals are Companions of Your Soul – a spiritual guide that can offer clarity, strength, and insights on a current life theme.
In a 1.5-hour drum journey, I will gently guide you to meet your power animal and dive with it into your current personal theme. This is a premium offering (English and German) held in an intimate, small-group setting.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Introduction and Setting the Energetic Space — In a ritual space supported by subtle energetic forces you’ll be introduced to the essence of power animals acting within our soul’s realm. Every known animal can be a soul guide, and each person has a unique power animal.
You will begin your journey with a personal intention — A quiet invitation for your power animal to bring its medicine. Whether it offers healing, insight, or gentle guidance, the focus will be on what feels most alive and true for you in this moment.
Energetic Cleansing and Grounding
An energetic cleansing with the smoke of white sage will help clear stagnant energy and support your readiness. Gentle breathwork and grounding exercises will bring you fully into the present moment.
Guided Drum Journey to Meet Your Power Animal
While lying comfortably, you will be guided by the steady rhythm of the drum into a deep meditative state. In this altered consciousness, your power animal may appear – offering wisdom, guidance, and even healing forces.
Integration and Reflection
Returning gently, you’ll have space to reflect and – if desired – share your experience. We close with a cup of tea and time for further integration.

Nike is an experienced energetic facilitator, sound therapist, and coach specializing in self-discovery, personal growth and reorientation. She uses instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and the drum to guide deep inner experiences.
