Come journey with us in a safe, comfortable, ceremonial space. Allowing yourself time to relax, receive and revitalise to the sounds of indigenous instruments. An immersive sensory experience that can be powerful, healing and transformational.
7.00 - 7:30pm > Be welcomed into the space. Sage smudging for energy cleansing. Find a cushioned bed, and feel free to get comfortable. Oracle cards to choose and herbal elixirs are available.
7:30 - 8:30pm > Guided Meditation > Shamanic Drum Journey with aromatherapy diffusing
8:30 - 9.00pm > Closing and optional Sharing Circle with relaxation time
