Join us for a special storytelling performance, building activity and conversations.Come along to celebrate the final day of our Brickworks display and participate in free activities led by Liverpool-based theatre maker Josh Coates.
Drop in to Tate Liverpool + RIBA North to participate in an interactive building activity. Enjoy a storytelling performance that is based on the themes in our Brickworks display, including growth, community and how people and communities shape the world around us.
You’re also invited to join the conversations as we’ll be drawing the stories shared throughout the day to create a new artwork!
Biography:
Josh Coates is a theatre maker and community organiser based in Liverpool. He creates work with and about people and the spaces that connect us. He uses autobiography and the gut reactions to political events, and mixes them with popular culture to create a distinctive personal style.
Accessibility:
Tate Liverpool is temporarily located at RIBA North, Mann Island, a short distance (425m) along Liverpool’s iconic waterfront. There is step free access to the main entrance. There is a lift to the first floor gallery, or alternatively you can take the stairs.
- Toilets are located on the first floor
- The nearest Changing Places toilet is located at the Museum of Liverpool
- Ear defenders can be borrowed from the front desk
