In Shamanic Breathwork we use a simple but effective breathing technique (Conscious Connected Breathing) to leave our everyday consciousness and to connect to our bodies and inner world. Our breath activates our life energy and allows us to explore our inner landscapes. Gently we invite emotions, movements and energies to move through the body and to express themselves. Together we will create a container in which we can give ourselves permission show ourselves just as we are in this moment. Everything that wants to show itself is welcome and we embrace our weird, wonderful, messy humanity. If we like, we can make ourselves available to feel a deep connection to something higher than ourselves.As preparation we will move our bodies playfully. We will dance, shake and use our voices. After a brief introduction into the breathing technique you will get comfortable on your mattresses. I will guide you into an one-hour breath journey with a guided meditation and my drum. Music specifically designed to lead you through your body will support your experience. During the journey I and my co-facilitators will hold loving space for you and offer (with your permission) gentle touch and bodywork to support your process. Immediately after being called back by the sound of drums you will have the opportunity to express yourselves in a little art process. After a little tea break, we will join in a circle and you are invited to share and process your experience with the group.
This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as experienced breathers and will be held in English (unless everybody present speaks and understands German). We will be working in a small group of maximal 10 people. This way we can make sure that during the journey you receive the attention and support you need to dive deep into yourself.
Eleonora is certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator and fascinated by holistic bodywork. She believes when we combine ritual with bodywork, we invite magic to happen. She is also familiar with the breath and bodywork modalities of Osho Diamond Breath, Osho Pulsation and training in energetic bodypsychotherapy.

The location:
We meet in a spacious sheltered location in Schöneberg (S Julius-Leber-Brücke). Easy to reach and equipped with comfortable matts and blankets for your journey.

When standing in front of house nr. 29, walk left around the building into the gateway with the automatic barrier (Schranke). Walk until the 3rd backyard and chose the second entrance into the building. The event location is on the second floor on the left.
Please bring:
- Comfortable clothing and warm socks
- Bottle of water
- Optional: Big Towel or shawl to lie on
- Optional: leaves, twigs, flowers or an item for the altar (to be taken back home afterwards)
Arrival:
Doors open at 16:15. Please be on time as we will beginn the workshop at 16:30.
