Shalom House Perth WA | Perth

Shalom House Tour Join us for a behind the scenes tour of Shalom House, which is known to be the largest and strictest rehab centre in Australia. The tour will challenge your perceptions about drug and substance abuse, and the people whom it affects. Peter Lyndon-James, the founder of Shalom House came from a broken home, he was institutionalised from the age of 9 and addicted to drugs for most of his life. What he learned as he struggled to break free from that life is the process that he now uses to help set others free. Shalom House Rehabilitation Centre is founded on Christian principles an presently caters for over 140 men and women.
Our bus leaves Kalamunda at 9:00am and from High Wycombe at 9:15am.
Cost is $10.00 which will be forwarded as a donation to Shalom House.- Please pay to the Highland Highness account.
First stop will be the Cottage Tea Rooms at 8560 West Swan Rd, Henley Brook for morning tea and then we proceed to Shalom House. Once there you will be chauffeured around their properties on one of the Shalom buses. After the 2 hour tour we will have lunch at the Ladies Boutique Cafe which is run by the women of Shalom House. Morning tea and lunch is at your expense.
