However, during this gentle transmission, you simply lie on a mat and surrender to your inner wisdom and allow the magic to awaken. This deep meditation can help you experience profound states of bliss, joy, and non-duality, while also relieving stress, anxiety, and depression.
When we raise our vibration together in these classes, it has a profound impact on our lives during the session and after, leading to emotional stability, balance through life’s challenges, and experiencing true happiness in life’s more ordinary moments. Who doesn’t want that?

• Arrival Time: Please arrive by 9.15 AM for registration.
• Start Time: The session begins promptly at 9.30 AM.

What to Expect During the Session: Simply lie down on your mat, listen to the music, and relax. I will gently guide the energy through your chakra or meridian points. You might experience body movements, emotional releases, visions, bliss states, out-of-body experiences, and more. Each session is unique, providing exactly what you need in the moment.

Preparation Tips:

• Eat lightly (a piece of fruit) or fast for 2 hours before the session.
• Avoid nicotine, drugs, alcohol, and caffeine for at least 48 hours before and after the session.
• Wear comfortable clothing and consider layering.
• Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided.
• Bring a water bottle.
