This gentle and accessible somatic method focuses on releasing stuck tension stored deep within your muscles and joints, promoting relaxation, and restoring emotional balance by resetting your nervous system and your body's natural protective reflexes.

About TRE®

TRE® is a revolutionary and natural modality that makes use of your body's innate ability to heal and release accumulated stress, tension and trauma.

Developed by Dr. David Berceli, this gentle and accessible method focuses on releasing stuck tension stored deep within your muscles, promoting relaxation, and restoring emotional balance by resetting your nervous system and natural protective reflexes.
