Join Wyld & the blossoming PDX commUNITY for a journey
from Flowing this autumn to Stillness in midwinter.
One Saturday each moonth, we will meet with curiousity to explore a single rhythm across the spectrum from form & shape to shadow & spark.
To embody each rhythm in its fullness, together.
To sense each of the 5Rhythms within the wilderness under our skin.
To become familiar with each rhythm and its textures from the inside out.
We will dance, explore floorwork, gently taste each shadow & the medicine of movement that follows when we step fully through the gateway of the body.
Committed series are an amazing way to connect with your dancing commUNITY while learning useful pieces of the practice that will completely transform your dance floor time.
(A Committed series means it will be the same group of dancers at each session. No drop in tickets are available. It is ok if you must miss one session due to life circumstance)
In this Saturday series, we will dance a Wave, explore our Practice through some tried and true exercises, commune as a group animal & deepen as a commUNITY. These sessions are designed to be mini workshops, giving you rich content to explore on & off the dance floor to enhance your personal practice.
We will also have a private FB group available to connect throughout the journey together as we discover the rhythms running through our lives. Weekly journal prompts, lively discussions & an opportunity to widen commUNITY ties through our shared explorations & storytelling.
Second Saturdays from 12-4pm.
There will be a short break midway through each session and after each session, you will be invited to relax socially afterwards at a local space close to the studio.

This series will offer 20 hours of instruction & practice on the essential bones of the 5Rhythms® Moving Meditation practice.
Your understanding of this moving meditation will deepen,
giving you new tools to use in your conscious dance practice.
Location : VMAC - Vitalidad Movement Arts Center located at 26th & E Burnside, PDX
Cost is $240 ~ space is limited to 24 for intimacy & connection
