[SG Heritage Fest] Lee Wee & Brothers Central Kitchen Visit & Otah Workshop

Participants will gain exclusive access to Lee Wee & Brothers’ Central Kitchen to observe the production process and try their hand at Otah-making. Taste, create, and explore the stories, artistry, and cultural significance behind each piece, while discovering how heritage preservation, sustainable practices, and local entrepreneurship shape Singapore’s culinary landscape.

Drop-Off Lobby (Level 1)

Located in front of Fire Fighting Lobby H, along the passage with Food City Eating House and the Training Room. Chartered buses are allowed to enter the building and drop off passengers here.

• Covered shoes are required for all visitors.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn inside the Central Kitchen.
• Photography and video recording are prohibited within the Central Kitchen.
• The programme is subject to a minimum of 6 participants. Lee Wee & Brothers reserves the right to cancel the workshop should this minimum not be reached, with notice provided 3 days prior to the scheduled date. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
