Family Constellation work is based on the understanding that we are deeply connected to our family system—often carrying unconscious loyalties, unresolved emotions, and patterns that may not even originate from our own lived experiences. Through this process, what has been unseen can be gently revealed, acknowledged, and integrated—allowing movement, clarity, and healing to unfold.

This work honors the principle thateveryone belongs—including those who may have been excluded, forgotten, or unknown within the system.

Aki Tsukui
Founder of Elemental Collective, Aki is a transformational coach, sound therapist, and certified breathwork facilitator. With over 20 years in the corporate world and a deeply integrative approach, she creates safe, grounded spaces for profound inner work and lasting change.
