Get ready for an awesome summer full of science experiments, hands-on activities, and fun adventures at Science AL!VE during Spring Break!
About this Event

Welcome to Science AL!VE’s very first full‑week spring break camps. We’re thrilled to offer two exciting weeks of hands‑on learning and creativity, with each week running as its own unique camp experience. This spring break will look a little different from our summer programs: each day is split into two engaging halves designed to spark curiosity and keep campers energized.

In the mornings, students dive into stem programming—exploring science, technology, and problem‑solving through interactive lessons and challenges. In the afternoons, they shift into recreation‑based activities like clock‑making, stamp‑making, and other creative projects that bring imagination to life.

Whether campers join us for one week or both, they’ll discover new skills, make new friends, and experience the fun of learning the science AL!VE way. We can’t wait to welcome your young innovators for an unforgettable spring break.

March 16-20, 2026
Grade k-1 - ONCE UPON A STEAM | $465 early bird: $415

Step into a world where magic meets making. In this story‑powered STEAM camp, young creators explore classic fairy tales through hands‑on building, playful experiments, and imaginative problem‑solving. From crafting enchanted structures to trying whimsical science challenges, campers bring their favourite tales to life while discovering how creativity and curiosity make a pretty unbeatable team.

Grade 2-4 - ORBIT ODYSSEY | $465 early bird: $415

Blast off into a week of cosmic discovery. Campers dive into the mysteries of planets, stars, and galaxies while experimenting with gravity, motion, and space‑inspired engineering. They’ll design spacecraft, imagine new worlds, and explore the science behind the universe in a hands‑on, curiosity‑driven adventure that’s truly out of this world.

Grade 5-7 - WATTSON POWER CLICKER (tech) | $465 early bird: $415

Ever wonder how games like Cookie Clicker or Adventure Capitalist keep you playing for hours? It’s not magic—it’s math and code. In this hands‑on, five‑day camp, students build their own addictive “Idle Clicker” game from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. By the end of the week, campers transform from players into creators, walking away with a fully functioning web game they can publish, share, and play on any device.

March 23-27, 2026
Grade k-1 - engineering explorers | $465 early bird: $415

Get ready to tinker, build, and invent. This camp introduces early engineers to the joy of creating with their own hands. Campers experiment with simple machines, explore how everyday objects work, and take on fun design challenges that spark confidence and collaboration. It’s the perfect place for curious minds who love to ask “what if…”

Grade 2-4 - animal doctor adventures | $465 early bird: $415

Calling all animal enthusiasts. In this vet‑themed camp, students explore the science of animal care through interactive activities, model check‑ups, and creative habitat challenges. Along the way, they learn about biology, behaviour, and what it takes to keep creatures healthy and thriving. It’s a perfect blend of compassion, science, and hands‑on discovery.

Grade 5-7 - code & create: mobile makers lab | $465 early bird: $415

Welcome aspiring app artists of the future. In this beginner‑friendly camp, students follow a full design cycle—from brainstorming ideas to building wireframes to creating their own apps using Thunkable’s block‑coding platform. By the end of the week, campers will have designed useful and fun mobile apps they can proudly share.
