In this interactive session, we’ll explore simple strategies for organization, productivity, and staying on top of the many tasks that can pull your attention in different directions. One of the key tools we’ll introduce is the Octopus Method—a way of visualizing all the different “arms” of your life (work, health, finances, relationships, home, and personal goals) so you can organize responsibilities more clearly and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
You’ll learn practical techniques for prioritizing tasks, managing your time more effectively, and creating systems that help keep things running smoothly day to day. The goal is to make “adulting” feel more manageable and less stressful.
This workshop is designed to be relaxed, interactive, and supportive, with time for discussion and practical takeaways you can start using right away.
