-$30 per team (includes food after the event)
-You must register & pay before heat times being released
-Fun workouts (released weekly leading up to the event)
-Scaling options for all fitness levels
After the workout, stick around for food + social time—it’s all part of the night!

$30 per team to participate (Includes Food). After you register, please see that you give your money to an SU CrossFit coach (Cash or Check) or pay with Venmo (@strengthunited). Checks should be made out to SU CrossFit.
