An essential guide within Tibetan Buddhism the Seven Key Points of Mind Training are based on Atisha's teachings later summarized by Chekawa Yeshe Dorje. These trainings cultivate Bodhichitta, (the "awakened mind") and is about the aspiration and wisdom of transforming life's challenges into opportunities for spiritual development. Participants are guided to establish a mind free of resistance, and transforming distractions into focussed practice.
