Seussical bursts onto the stage in a whirl of colour, clover dust and imagination!Oh, the thinks you can think! Join Horton the Elephant as he discovers a speck of dust that is home to the Whos! Though no one else can hear them, Horton is determined to protect this tiny world, standing firm in his belief that “a person’s a person, no matter how small.”
With the mischievous Cat in the Hat guiding us through the tale, we meet Gertrude McFuzz, who dreams of being noticed, and JoJo, a young Who whose imagination is bigger than the sky! Through jungles, trials, and spectacular musical numbers, friendships are tested and courage shines bright.
Inspired by the beloved stories of Dr. Seuss, especially Horton Hears a Who!, this lively musical is packed with heart, humour, and toe-tapping tunes from Tony Award winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.
And this isn’t just any production… 🎉 We are thrilled to celebrate Butter Side Up Theatre Company’s 10-Year Anniversary with this magical show; a perfect way to mark a decade of theatre, talent, and terrific buttery times!
