Grab your best gals and join SESSION Pilates for the ultimate Galentine’s Day experience at hotel Noelle’s Keep Shop in partnership with Nashville Wellness Club!
We’re kicking off the morning with a 50-minute Galentine’s-themed mat Pilates class in Noelle's Saidee Gallery, led by two SESSION instructors: Alex Scott and Tonya Wneck, set in an elevated, welcoming space designed for movement, music, and community. After class, stick around to sip, shop and socialize: shopping at Noelle's Keep Shop, complimentary smoothies from E+ROSE, tattoos available from Forever Ruined Tattoos, and wellness moments from Next Health Wellness and FORM Wellness.
