About this Event
Join us for a 50-minute, beat-based, high-intensity mat Pilates class with SESSION Pilates — a reformer Pilates studio NOW OPEN in Green Hills! The female-led, privately owned studio has been nationally recognized as a Best Fitness Studio (and “Most Instagrammable”) by ClassPass.
The SESSION method focuses on quick transitions throughout a music-based, full-body reformer workout. For this class, they’ll be teaching a mat Pilates version to give you a taste of what the obSESSION is all about! Grab your tickets while you can as space is limited.
All attendees will enter a raffle to win a SESSION Pilates class package! You may bring your own mat, but we will have some extra for you to borrow if you don't have one.
$10 of every ticket will go toward supporting the SESSION Foundation, which aims to uplist female entrepreneurs by providing access to essential resources, expert mentorship, and the support needed to build successful and sustainable businesses.
In case of rain, we will move this event indoors. These tickets are non-refundable.
