Echoes: Vibrations from Japan to Canada is a 60-minute dance piece inspired from the theory that even the smallest flutter of a butterfly's wing ripples around the world to effect global change. The piece takes viewers on a journey through time and space, sharing echoes of Japanese culture that vibrates throughout Canada, and beyond.

The Echoes creation process started in 2020, featuring Takako Segawa as choreographer and solo dancer, co-performing with 3 taiko drummers and 1 soprano vocalist.
