Discover the power of your breath in this rejuvenating session that blends ancient techniques with modern science. Through rhythmic breathing, uplifting music, and guided visualizations, you’ll activate your body’s natural D.O.S.E. of happiness—Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins—leaving you calm, joyful, and deeply connected.

When: Weekly on Wednesdays (starting July 2) @ 6 PM & Fridays (starting July 11) @ 9:30 AM, 45 minutes
Cost: Donation-based
Suitable for all levels — no experience needed
Please refrain from eating at least one hour before the session.
Feel free to bring a blanket, eye mask, or anything to help you feel comfortable and at ease.
