SERENITY + SOUND
an evening of healing and reflection through yoga and sound healing
Yoga Flow with Moe – A feel-good practice to shake off stagnant energy, reconnect with your body, and find balance as we step into this new season. All levels welcome! All styles! This class will accessible for newcomers and experienced yogis alike.
Sound Healing Journey with Jemma Grace – Sink into deep relaxation with the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing sounds. Sound healing helps melt stress, clear the mind, and bring your body back into harmony. Lay back + receive the magic!
Tea, Journaling & Community with The Faight – Before class beings, take a moment to reflect, sip warm tea, and connect with like-minded folks. There’s something truly special about coming together with shared intentions—healing in community is powerful, and we're excited to share our custom blend teas with you to ground into our bodies before we flow.

Why sound healing?
Sound healing is a powerful tool for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. Through the vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes, sound frequencies help release stored tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance to the body and spirit. This practice can reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance meditation, and promote emotional healing.
By weaving sound, movement, and creative expression into a nurturing space, we invite others to experience profound rest, renewal, and self-discovery.
About The Faight:
The Faight is a creative hub where art, music, and community come together.
- Upper: An artist-driven retail space showcasing unique creations from local and independent makers.
- Lower: A dynamic gallery and event space hosting concerts, craft fairs, comedy nights, and more.
- Studio: A fully equipped recording studio in the back, designed for artists and musicians to create.
- Weekly Yoga: Both in our plant filled, bright upstairs private studio, and downstairs in our spacious candlelit event space
