Art and Engineering, 24th Sept: Intro to Electronics: Tamariki will learn the basics of electronics and make creative paper circuits and a spin art machine. This course is designed for ages 6-13 who have little to no experience with electronics.
Electronics and Art, 25 Sept :Tamariki will use electric circuits to create a variety of projects. For example: Hovercrafts, Night light Creativity knows no bounds in this fun day! This course is for ages 6-13 with a bit of electronic experience.
Art Art Art, 26 Sept- Tamariki in this class will be given a variety of creative tasks to choose from-sculpture making, LED fiber optics, to painting. They choose! Creativity is the key here! This course is for ages 6-13 who want to spend the day creating.
Cooking and Science
Japanese Cooking, 24th Sept: Tamariki will make a variety of Japanese food items and learn the importance of Acid as food preservative and how natural indicators for Acid/Bases work.
Mexican Cooking, 25 Sept: Tamariki will make a variety of food items and learn about the science of chocolate while creating some tasty treats.
Italian Cooking, 26 Sept: Tamariki will make pizza and other Italian treats while learning the science behind yeast and much more.
