Full body workout based on feminine and sensual dance moves + learning a short choreo. Suitable for complete beginner level;)
Class format
This is a full body workout based on feminine and sensual dance moves. It is suitable for ladies who don't have any sport or dance experience.
We learn various sensual moves step by step and repeat them many times as an exercise. Then we’ll connect these moves together to create a short dance routine. For every lesson I select exercises so that all parts of the body are involved. You’ll get a full body workout and a dance:)
This is a stress-free way to start your dancing journey, and a truly enjoyable workout for women. The class is held every Monday at 19:45 and Saturday at 3:30pm. You can attend once a week or twice a week for a better result. On Mondays and Saturdays the program is the same.
You can do drop-in classes , but I recommend attending at least 4 classes during the month to get the most efficient progression.
Groups are limited to 12 people, to ensure enough individual attention.
This class will help you to start your dancing journey in such feminine styles like high heels, pole dance, frame up, strip dance and burlesque.
The choreo for November classes on Youtube. All elements in the dance routine have beginner variations.

About the teacher
Hi, My name is Natasha, I’m 33 years old. I’ve been dancing for over 10 years. Dancing transformed my life, I began to feel more confident and sexy. Dancing helped me to fight depression and an eating disorder, it helped me to keep fit, meet new friends and brought so much joy to my life.
I mostly did pole dance, exotic pole dance and for the last 5 years I’ve been exploring sensual feminine dance style.
I have 2 years of experience teaching pole dance, exotic pole dance and stretching. My strength is in teaching complete beginners, giving them a solid dance base and building a supportive cheerful girls gang:)

Additional information
The class will be held in the CitySport gym. The group is 12 people max. You will have access to the changing rooms and showers.
For the class you can wear any comfortable fitness or dance outfit. You will only need KNEE PADS for the floorwork. If you don't have knee pads, I might have a spare one for you or you can use yoga mats in the studio. We will work out in socks, but the choreography is suitable for heels, so you can wear shoes for latin or heels dance as well.
I recommend these knee pads for my classes.
