Welcome to the Empowering Femininity: Sound Healing, Painting and Meditation Workshop! Join us at for a transformative experience. This event is designed to help you connect with your inner feminine energy through a combination of sound healing, EFT Tapping, painting, and meditation. Immerse yourself in a safe and supportive environment as you explore your creativity and inner strength.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- EFT Tapping with Emily
- 20-MINS Sound Healing with Emily from combined with Visual Manifestation Meditation with channeled by the Sacral and Root Chakras
- 1.5 Hour guided paint session inspired by the femine body
- you will have 3 layouts to intuitively choose from, full body figure, breasts or yoni
- the purpose of the painting is to inspire the fire within, feel confident and connected to yourself, have a safe space to connect with other women in ways we typically are nervous to share about.
Our bodies create, support, release and recharge monthly, we deserve a safe space to empower each other, understand our bodies and spirit and fall back in love with ourselves!
light snacks and juice will be provided
please bring a yoga mat or blanket + pillow for the meditation portion
