These workshops are designed to help you better understand your senses—such as sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch—and how you respond to different types of sensory inputs, including colours, sounds, scents, flavours, and temperature.
Through the group, you will:
- Learn what sensory modulation is and how it can support your wellbeing
- Explore how the brain responds to stress
- Try out a range of sensory strategies in a safe and supportive environment
- Build skills to help manage stress and regulate your responses
Come along to discover what works best for you in a relaxed and supportive setting.
