Sensory and Kids Yoga + Playroom (6-18 | 18-36 months)
🧘♀️ Nurture your baby or toddler's development through playful exploration. Our class combines sensory play and yoga to enhance your child's mind and body growth. Join us for an exciting session led by Barbie Szeman and her team from Little Nature Wanderlust!
During our class, your little one will engage in carefully curated sensory play activities designed to stimulate their senses of touch, sight, sound, and smell. Stay tuned for our special themed classes during holiday seasons, where we dive into season-inspired sensory play!
In addition to sensory play, our class incorporates gentle and age-appropriate yoga movements that promote flexibility, strength, and coordination. Through simple yoga poses and stretches, your child will develop body awareness and enhance their motor skills while immersing themselves in a joyful atmosphere.

6-18 months: 11:15am - 12:45pm
18-36 months: 10:00am - 11:30am
⏰ Duration: 1.5 hours (45m class + 45m playroom)
