About this Event
All change starts with awareness. As coaches, to fulfil our role as a catalyst for developmental change, we must know how to create new awareness for our clients. There are many methods for awareness-building including reflective exercises, worksheets, questioning processes, assessment tools and feedback surveys. One method stands out as the most practical and valuable for all coaching and that is deep listening. How can we make our listening more productive to draw out new awareness in our clients? This is what we’ll be practicing and experimenting with in this session. Join us to enjoy deep, awareness-raising connections with your fellow coaches.
