A Wellness Event for Seniors & Their Families
As we grow older, sleep becomes lighter, worries increase, and the mind finds it harder to rest. Many seniors silently struggle with poor sleep, stress, anxiety, and loneliness, while families want to help but don’t know how.
This event is a gentle, caring session designed especially for senior citizens to relax the mind, improve sleep, and feel emotionally supported — without medicines or pressure.
Through simple explanations, guided breathing exercises, and easy daily habits, elders will learn how to calm their mind and sleep better naturally. Families will also learn how small changes in their behaviour, calls, and routines can deeply improve their parents’ emotional health.
The session is slow-paced, chair-based, and completely safe for all ages. After the event, participants will receive 7 days of guided breathing audios, sleep tips, and family support guidance on WhatsApp, so the care continues beyond the event.
This is not a lecture — it is a calm experience of care, connection, and reassurance.
