During this seminar, Dr. Matt will synthesize biomechanics and exercise design while discussing the blueprint for building a balanced human frame. Whether this is your first talk about human performance or you are a seasoned athlete, the goal remains the same: move better, feel stronger, stay active.Matthew Devlin, D.C. has been evolving his approach since attending his first Pilates class at the Salem, MA YMCA in 2005. His teaching incorporates elements of Contrology, vinyasa yoga, and athletic training. This synthesis leads to a common goal for all classes: encourage ease of movement through uniform development of the body.
A former Cressey Sports Performance intern, Dr. Matt has also taught anatomy and physiology at the college level. In addition to championing Everyday Movement, he works with patients at Trade Street Chiropractic and serves as radiology department faculty at Sherman College.
