September 2024 – January 2025Fridays 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
If you want to open up your voice and explore its potential, this group is for you. It's a comprehensive program covering the basics of voice emission, elements of speech and singing, as well as improvisation and playing with sound.
This group is a good starting point for voice work if you're unsure where to begin, want to explore what can be done in this area, feel that your voice is weak, easily tired, or if you're not utilizing its full potential. It's also just a nice way to spend time after work and an opportunity to meet interesting, open-minded people who are eager to develop themselves.
Program
During the sessions, we learn how to control our voice, strengthen it, and make it more flexible. The program includes
? relaxation,
?️ breathing,
? listening, and emission exercises,
?️ as well as tasks for creatively using the voice.
This way, we build a solid foundation for both speaking and singing. The workshops also involve elements of speech – how to speak clearly, loudly, and interestingly. We also learn to sing in a group in an enjoyable, not necessarily perfect, manner.
For whom?
? For those who feel they don't have control over their voice, don't like it, or feel embarrassed by it.
? For those who want to expand their vocal expression both in speech and singing.
? For those who need to strengthen their voice through regular exercises.
