Join us for SelfCare Saturday, a gentle and uplifting gathering by the sea where we create space for restoration, reflection, and connection.

This is an invitation to pause from the busyness of life and return to yourself.

Together we will slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the simple healing power of nature.

During this 2 hour experience we will:

• Place our feet in the ocean and ground with the Earth
• Wander mindfully along the beach and sand
• Practice simple breath and presence exercises
• Share inspiring conversation and reflection along the gardens of Stanley Park
• Enjoy a safe, welcoming and heart-centered community space

These gatherings are quantum inspired, meaning we work with the subtle power of presence, intention, and connection. When we slow down together, beautiful shifts naturally occur.

There is nothing you need to perform or achieve here. Just come as you are.

Whether you are seeking peace, clarity, connection, or simply a moment of calm, this SelfCare morning experience is an opportunity to relax, release, and realign with your present self.

We will meet at the concession stand at English Bay near the washrooms and begin our gentle walk together along the beach.
