Most runners skip proper warm-ups and pacing. This MasterClass will show you how to train smarter, avoid common injuries, and improve your running efficiency in just one session


Most runners simply lace up and start running.

But how you prepare your body before and after training can make the difference between consistent progress and recurring injuries.

This practical, hands-on clinic will teach you how to train smarter, move better, and reduce injury risk, without adding extra hours to your schedule.

Whether you run 5K, half marathons, marathons, or ultras, the fundamentals of warm-up, pacing, mobility, and recovery are essential for long-term improvement.

During this small-group outdoor session, you will learn simple techniques that you can apply immediately in your training routine.

This MasterClass is ideal for:

All distances welcome: 5K to ultramarathon.

Duration: 2 – 2.5 hours
Location: North Vancouver/Burnaby Outdoor track (location details provided after registration)
Format: Small group session

Maximum participants: 20 runners
Minimum required: 7 participants

Rain or shine.
