Because self-awareness is cheaper than learning everything the hard way
About this Event
A Self Awareness Lab!
Come stretch your mind on a Sunday morning with us.
Understand:
- your behavioural patterns and loops
- why and how you make certain decisions
- your curiosities
- your value system
A 2-hour fun, structured session where you build a map of how your mind actually works. Post-its, coloured pens, a small group of strangers doing the same thing. It’s self-discovery on snacks.
What to expect?
- Exercises and games that uncover behavioural truths and patterns.
- Frameworks to map your value system and the trade-offs you make as an individual
- Supportive table energy
- Beginner-friendly
You’ll leave with:
- A map of your own behavioural default settings, visible on paper for the first time
- Clarity as a buildable and practicable skill
This is for you if:
- You're an intellectually curious person and want to know how you're wired.
- You’re an ambitious person who's noticed your own patterns getting in the way and wants to understand why.
- You believe clarity is worth having, not as a nice idea, but as something you're actively trying to build.
- This is not for you if you're looking for a therapy session, a life coach, or someone to tell you what to do.
What do you need to bring?
- Just yourself.
- No prior journaling experience needed. No perfect answers expected.
Come with your chaos. Leave with a map.
Once you register, you'll get a short note from me with everything you need to know before Sunday :) See you!
